How we deliver better developments - and how the planning system might need to be changed to deliver that - are hot topics at the moment.
First came the Building Better Building Beautiful and a new National Design Guide as the government pushed developers to deliver higher quality schemes.
Then the government promised a Housing White Paper to include changes to the planning system to help address the housing crisis once and for all. Although delayed but the coronavirus crisis, this is still on the government's agenda for later in the year.

Our managing director, Paul Smith, is one of the expert speakers dealing with exactly these issues at a webinar organised by Built Environment Networking on Thursday 7 May.

The other speakers include:

  • Sue Manns, President of the RTPI
  • Stuart Pratt, Group Development Director at Godwin Developments
  • Rob Groves, Regional Director at Argent
  • Louse Gray, Head of Sales at Cognica
