LPDF members specialise in the promotion and development of strategic land, delivering smaller sites from 30-homes upwards through to large-scale schemes with thousands of homes accompanied by employment space, community facilities and new local infrastructure.
Paul benefits from more than 17 years’ senior property industry experience and is a well-respected commentator on housing industry issues. He is often called upon by the media for reaction on policy news and sits on the Advisory Board for Housing Today, for which he writes a monthly column.
