We’re pleased to welcome Manny Odunsi to the SLG team as our portfolio expands across the UK and we continue to look for new sites.

Manny joins us from Redrow, where he supported the housebuilders’ immediate land team. In his new role as Land and Planning Assistant he will work alongside our MD, Paul Smith, to source new opportunities.

SLG is one of the country’s most successful residential and renewable energy land promoters, working with a 19-site portfolio. We are actively promoting sites with the potential to deliver more than 2,500 new homes and 40,000 sq. m. of commercial space with a GDV of circa £800m.

Managing director, Paul Smith, said: “It’s fantastic to have Manny on board as our portfolio continues to grow – he brings a great deal of experience following his time with Redrow and I’ve no doubt he will be a real asset as we continue secure new sites and opportunities.

“It’s vital that suitable sites are being brought forward for residential development, ensuring an adequate supply of land to meet the ever-growing demand for homes across the UK.”
