The Strategic Land Group has joined the Land Promoters and Developers Federation (LPDF) as our business continues to grow from the North West, stretching all the way from the North East to the Thames Valley.
As one of the UK’s most successful land promotion companies, we are currently working with a 17-site portfolio with the potential to deliver more than 3,000 new homes and a gross GDV of circa £500 million. We also work closely with the CLA as it supports owners of land, property and rural businesses across the country.
The LPDF was formed in 2018 and represents leading land promotion and development companies. As the UK tackles a growing housing crisis, the LPDF is working closely with the government, local authorities and communities to enhance the planning process and help deliver the homes and communities that the country needs.
