Site sold for 181 homes on the edge of Stoke-on-Trent

The Strategic Land Group have completed the sale of the second phase of their site in Stoke-on-Trent to Bellway Homes.

Located on the edge of Meir, to the south of the city, planning permission for the 30 acre site was first granted in February 2018 as part of a larger scheme featuring 350 new homes. Described as a “quality proposal” by a local councillor, the wider development also included a substantial new park and a wide, tree-lined boulevard crossing the centre of the site. The 169 home first phase was sold to Persimmon in January 2021, with Bellway buying the second phase this October.
