In 2019, Brexit, a change in Prime Minister and a general election combined to produce a year of political and economic uncertainty. The result - according to Strutt and Parker's Farmland Database - was a ten year low in the amount of agricultural land for sale.
With much of last year's uncertainty behind us, 2020 is set to see a rebound in the levels of agricultural land being sold - but with the potential for a glut of new sites coming to market, it's important that you prepare your land for sale in the best possible way.
