Aimed at property industry professionals, the event is intended to provide an update on key issues affecting the property sector. It covers topics such as the region’s economic outlook, legal updates and best practice in the built environment.
Paul has been asked to provide an overview of strategic land development. That will include issues such as how to identify the best sites, how best to navigate the planning process and the different types of legal agreement that can be used. He will also cover topical issues such as the government’s proposed new Standard Method for calculating housing need.
