As part of its efforts to Build Beautiful, the government recently published a National Model Design Code, setting out how Local Authorities can best manage the form and appearance of new developments.

Louise Wood, of Cornwall Council, and Ben Woolnough, of East Sussex Council, were also on hand to provide a local authority perspective.
