The Strategic Land Group are delighted to announce that they have agreed to work with the owners of a site in Sandy Lane to promote it through the planning system.
The 11 acre site lies on the edge of Sandy Lane, a village within the Bradford Council area of Yorkshire. It is currently designated as Green Belt, but The Strategic Land Group will be working to secure the site’s re-designation as a site suitable for new homes.
More information on the site can be found here.
