A key focus for the government in finding enough sites to build the homes we need is brownfield land. Yet developing brownfield sites can seem complicated - title issues, land contamination and the planning process itself can all put developers off.

In this webinar hosted by LandInsight our managing director, Paul Smith, explains why it might not be as difficult as you first think, He also identifies the range of steps the government are taking to make building on previously developed land as straightforward as possible.

Other participants included Tom Hall, Head of Strategic Land, and Lisa Tye, Joint Head of Planning, both at law firm Shoosmiths.
