Following the launch of the government's planning White Paper, law firm Addleshaw Goddard invited our managing director, Paul Smith, to participate in this webinar series discussing the potential impacts of the proposed reforms.

The second session focused on the second pillar of the White Paper - Planning for Beautiful and Sustainable Places - which sets out how the government intends to ensure new developments are more beautiful.

The other panellists comprised:

  • Gary Sector, Partner (Planning and Infrastructure) at Addleshaw Goddard
  • Sarah Hodge, Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard
  • Richard Harwood, OBE QC, Head of Chambers, 39 Essex Chambers
  • James Scott, Group Director of Strategy and Planning at Urban & Civic plc
