New Housing Minister's, like Christmas, seem to come round more quickly every year.
The government's recent mini-reshuffle saw Chris Pincher MP replaced as Housing Minister by Stuart Andrew MP. Mr Andrew is the 18th person to hold the post since 2001, giving occupiers of the position an average tenure of around 15 months.
