When we first meet we will discuss any specific requirements you may have and clearly explain our tailor-made strategy for securing planning permission. We’ll provide you with a written report confirming our approach and clearly setting out our financial proposal to you. If you are happy with our proposal and decide to partner with us, we will start working on the project right away.
Throughout the time we work together, we will meet with you regularly to discuss progress and provide you with written updates. We’re always available if you want to get in touch to ask questions or discuss anything too.

All of our projects are personally managed by our Managing Director, Paul Smith. He won’t just agree the strategy with you and then hand it over to a more junior member of the team. He’ll continue to be your main point of contact and will attend meetings, discuss your site with our consultant team and deliver the strategy. During his career Paul has held Director-level roles at a PLC house builder and a national planning consultancy. That gives him a unique insight into both how to get planning permission and how to maximise the value of your site.
Paul is a Chartered Town Planner and has over 15 years experience in the development industry. He spent the first 11 years of his career working for Taylor Wimpey, one of the UK’s three largest house builders. In the last 5 years of his time there he was the Land and Planning Director with responsibility for buying land and securing planning permission to serve a £90m turnover regional office.
Following that, Paul worked as a Director at a north west based national planning consultancy. He was responsible for all residential projects, advising private individuals, house builders and national land owners. He had a 100% success rate on planning applications in his time there.
Together, this gives Paul a unique blend of planning and development experience that helps ensure we can maximise the value of your land.
A respected figure within the development industry, Paul is a contributed to Estates Gazette, Building Magazine and The Planner, and is often asked to speak at industry events.
