The Strategic Land Group have entered into a new Planning Promotion Agreement with the owners of a 3.2 acre site in Penyffordd, Flintshire in North Wales.

Currently used for agricultural purposes, but falling between the existing settlement and the A550 bypass, the site represents an excellent opportunity to deliver much needed new homes in the village.

Flintshire County Council have just started to prepare a new Local Plan, which will include identifying the number of new homes that are required over the next 15 to 20 years. The Strategic Land Group will be working with the owners of the site to promote it through that plan process with the aim of securing an allocation for residential development.
